Walnut Cream Cakes

Ingredients:

Dark dough:

  • 5 egg whites
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 150 gr ground walnuts
  • 3 cubes melted chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • half of baking powder

Preparation of dark dough: dim row all the ingredients for the dough dark crust and bake at 200 C for about 15 min.

Light dough:

  • 5 egg whites
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • half of baking powder

Preparation of light dough: the ingredients for the dough row light blur crust and bake at 200 C for about 15 min.

Cream:  10 egg yolks, 200 g of sugar and 1 vanilla pudding blur so brew in 300 g of milk.

To the cooled mixture add blur and margarine 250 g and 100 g ground walnuts.
On a dark crust put cream on cream and light crust, then decorate the cake with whipped cream 2 vanilla.
